Accounts

Your Internote account connects your library, shared content, profile, and preferences. Use the same email address consistently, especially when an educator or teammate has shared private content with you.

Signing In

Go to /auth?mode=signin to sign in. If you were sent a private internote or map, sign in with the email address that received the invitation or share.

Creating an Account

Go to /auth?mode=signup to create an account when signups are available. During signup, you may be asked for basic profile details and to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Resetting Your Password

Use /auth/reset-password if you cannot sign in because you have forgotten your password. After resetting, return to the sign-in page and use the same email address.

Account Checklist

• Use one email address for all shared classroom or team content
• Keep access to the email inbox connected to your account
• Update your password from Preferences when you suspect another person may know it
• Sign out on shared devices when you are finished

When Access Looks Wrong

• If shared content is missing, check that you signed in with the invited email address
• If you can open public content but not private content, ask the owner to check sharing settings
• If your profile details are missing after signing in, refresh the page and check Preferences
