On the sign-in page, choose "Forgot password." We’ll send a code to your email — enter it along with a new password to reset it. You don’t need to contact support for this.
Head to Preferences — Profile holds your name and display name, Security holds your email and password.
Not yet — Internote is free during the private beta, so there’s no billing to manage. If that changes for your account, we’ll let you know.
No. Every internote starts as a draft, and drafts are yours alone until you press Publish. Once published, further edits accumulate as draft changes that readers don’t see until you publish again — and unpublishing keeps your draft but permanently discards the published version.
Open it and use Share in the sidebar. For private content the share modal invites people by email, with View or Edit permission per person — and lists everyone with access so you can remove them later. Public content gets a copyable link instead.
Maps don’t have one — a map goes live on visibility alone. Make it public and anyone can find it; keep it private and it’s only you and the people you’ve shared it with.
Open the internote or map in question and use its Report action. You can flag it as inappropriate, spam, misinformation, plagiarism, harassment, or other — anonymously or signed in — and it goes straight to our review queue.
Not self-serve — it’s fixed once the site exists, so contact support and we’ll change it for you.
From your site’s admin area — see the site admin guide for what each of its tabs covers.
The Chalk manual covers the syntax internotes are written in — elements, directives, and the rest of the language.
The developer docs cover that — they’re still being written, so not everything is there yet.
