If you run a site — a school, team, or project space — you have access to its admin area, reachable from Preferences → Sites.

General
Display name; visibility (public or private — private also withdraws the site from being featured); and two visitor-facing stats toggles, show ratings and show views. Subdomain isn't editable here — it's fixed once the site exists, so a change goes through support.
Branding
Logo, accent colour, and a small set of custom footer links for the site.
Content
Which tabs and sections appear on the site's homepage — Internote ships sensible defaults, and you can adjust them within a limit.
Members
The full member list — change someone's role, remove them, or add a person directly by email.
Invites
Invite links: pick a role, an expiry (7 days, 30 days, or never), and optionally a usage limit. Anyone signed in to Internote who opens an active link joins with that role — and any link can be revoked at any time.
