Wraps a LaTeX string as inline content, a label that is one maths run.

For text an environment generates rather than an author writes, such as axis numbers in radians. Wrapping the string in the micronode the compiler would have emitted hands it everything a label has: the halo, the KaTeX rendering, the fallback to the source when the maths does not parse.
