keyValueFromInteractionStore

Adapts an InteractionStore into a KeyValueStorage scoped to one element hash.

Lets the same backend serve both the built-in interaction state and the key-value store environments write to. Every key is stored inside one record under the element hash, as { [key]: value }, so a write reads the record, changes one key and saves it back.
