Returns the child elements a node's body or detail holds, or an empty list when it holds none.

Not Array.isArray alone: a typed body may be an array of plain values, such as !sizes{1, 2, 3} compiling to [1, 2, 3], which is not a list of nodes and must not be walked as one. An element is what carries an identifier.
