Returns every attribute a registered node declares, canonical name to spec, or null for a node the registry does not know.

Answers for an environment node, with the universal continue: included, for a vocabulary child of any registered environment, and for a control. The compiler canonicalises aliases and fills defaults before anything downstream sees a node; code that builds a node without the compiler, such as the reader's own elements on an editable graph, has to do both itself, and this is what it does them from.
