Returns a node's attributes as a plain map from canonical name to value.

The raw values, as the document carries them, so a keyframed attribute arrives as its track. For the value at this moment on the timeline, ask the runtime with ctx.animation.attrValuesOf(node), which resolves tracks against the step position first.
