When the transition starts: a step, or a scene time.

The box a !cue.zoom announces its move with.
CueBox
delayMs
How long the value waits after its anchor fires before it starts moving, in milliseconds. A !cue.zoom spends it drawing its box; an absent delay is the ordinary keyframe that leaves immediately.

The transition's curve. Baked in by the refiners like overMs.

overMs
The transition's duration in milliseconds. The refiners bake the language default into every refined frame.
