A track's momentary transition: where it is coming from, going to, and how far along.

What ctx.animation.attrTransition returns. A surface with richer in-betweens than the data-layer interpolators, such as a curve morphing between expressions, reads the endpoints and blends them itself.

Milliseconds since that keyframe's anchor fired, lead-in delay included. What a surface animating alongside the value reads: a !cue.zoom box is drawn out of this while the value is still holding.
